Jo has the experience and knowledge to assist you with your business development and marketing in chambers. As an external consultant she has a fresh approach and will bring new ideas to Chambers. She will drive forward initiatives working together with barristers, senior management and clerks.
Jo helps barristers’ chambers to:
Review the effectiveness of their Chambers marketing strategy. Providing advice for marketing and selling, developing a practical approach to moving forward with a marketing plan.
Undertake projects to design and create business or client practice development programmes for Chambers.
Review and design practice development plans for individual barristers and providing advice and assistance to barristers and clerks.
Deal with smaller projects such as developing a marketing strategy to focus on discreet areas of law or on key clients.
Undertake client research on behalf of chambers. Finding out what clients think about the service chambers provide.
