Managing change is often very challenging. With the current changes to the Bar many Chambers are going through a period of growth and possible merger. Although Chambers welcome growth the management, administration and clerking teams often struggle to cope with these changes. It may assist to have an external consultant with fresh ideas and a new approach to look at the organisation and structure of clerking and administration teams.
